Meet Ẹkáàbọ̀t, from the Yoruba “Ẹ káàbọ̀”, welcome: our roaming event robot for weddings, owambes, birthdays, conferences, corporate events and launches. It takes photos, captures leads for brands, hosts your entrance and helps guests find their seat.

FAQs
How do I book my date?
Book online and pay a 60% non-refundable deposit with Paystack. The balance is due 7 days before your event. Events less than 7 days away are paid in full when you book.
Does the seating hour count in my package?
Yes. On Elite and Icon, the first hour is seating at the entrance, and the rest of your hours are photobooth.
Who manages the queue at the door?
Your planner or ushers. The robot shows each guest their table; directing arrivals stays with your team.
How do guests get their photos?
Printed instantly, or sent to their phones by WhatsApp or email, or by scanning a QR code on the robot’s screen. You get the full gallery after the event.
Does the robot need power?
Ẹkáàbọ̀t runs on battery while it roams, with wall power as backup, so a power cut doesn’t stop it. Access to wall power is required for every booking: the venue needs to give us a working socket near Ẹkáàbọ̀t’s spot, from set-up to pack-down.
Does the robot need wifi?
Yes. Ẹkáàbọ̀t needs an internet connection to send guests their photos. Venue wifi is best, and we bring our own mifi as a back-up.
How much space does the robot need?
Ẹkáàbọ̀t stands about 168 cm tall, with a footprint of about 60 × 54 cm. If your venue is tight, tell us about it on WhatsApp before you book.
What does Entrance host include?
Ẹkáàbọ̀t greets guests at the door and checks them in against your guest list by invite QR code or name. It can also show each guest their table and print a name tag for them. Name tag printing costs extra, is charged per print and is quoted on request. Entrance host starts from ₦100,000: request a quote on WhatsApp.
What does lead capture collect?
Lead capture is for brands and activations. Guests enter their name, email and WhatsApp number and answer one or two survey questions of your choice. You get the lead list after the event, and we delete the data after handover.
Do you have a digital-only option?
Yes. For conferences and corporate events, we can run Ẹkáàbọ̀t with no prints: guests get their photos by WhatsApp, email or QR code. Ask us on WhatsApp.
When will the video guestbook and roaming billboard be ready?
They are coming soon. We are testing them before we sell them, so message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you first.
Do you charge for travel?
Events in Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Lagos Island and Lekki have no travel fee. Events from Ajah onwards along the Lekki–Epe road, and on the Mainland, add ₦30,000 to ₦50,000 for transport, billed separately. Outside Lagos, send us the location on WhatsApp for a quote.
Can I change my date?
Yes, once, for free. Tell us at least 10 days before your event and pick a free date within 6 months. Your deposit moves with you. If our prices have changed, the new date uses the new prices.
What if I need to cancel?
If you cancel at least 7 days before your event, you only lose your deposit. After that, payments aren’t refunded. If we ever have to cancel, you get a full refund.
