Robobooth Concepts Ltd (RC 9385582), trading as Robobooth Nigeria, is responsible for the personal data described here. We follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
What we collect
- When you book: your name, WhatsApp number, email, venue, event type, event date and time, number of guests and the package you choose.
- When you pay: Paystack processes your payment. We receive confirmation of the amount and payment method, never your full card details.
- At your event: photos and videos taken by the robot, and the phone numbers or emails guests enter to receive their photos.
- When you sign up for offers: your first name, WhatsApp number, email if you give it, and any upcoming event and month you tell us about.
- Entrance host: the guest list and seating details you give us, and check-in records.
- Lead capture and guest surveys: when a client books this, guests enter their name, email, phone and answers to one or two of the client’s questions before getting their photo. We collect this on the client’s behalf, hand the list to the client after the event, then delete our copy.
How we use it
- To reserve and deliver your booking, send your invoice, receipt and balance reminders, and contact you about your event. If you start a booking but don’t finish paying, we may message you once on WhatsApp to help you complete it.
- If you sign up for offers, to send you dates, offers and news on WhatsApp or email. Reply STOP or email us any time to opt out.
- To send guests their photos, and to give you the event gallery and, for Entrance host, the list of who arrived.
- To keep business and tax records.
We use this data because it’s needed to provide the service you booked, to meet legal obligations, or, for marketing photos, with your agreement. We don’t sell your data.
Who we share it with
Paystack (payments), Google (our booking calendar, the spreadsheet where sign-ups and bookings are recorded, and email), Cloudflare (website hosting) and WhatsApp (messages). Some of these providers store data outside Nigeria, with safeguards in place.
How long we keep it
Event galleries and guest contact details: 60 days after delivery. Lead capture and survey data: deleted once we’ve handed the list to the client. Booking and payment records: as long as the law requires for tax and accounting (usually 6 years).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. We’ll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. If you book, your details may be kept in your browser for that visit only, so a failed payment can be retried without retyping. We also remember in your browser whether you’ve seen or filled in our sign-up box, so we don’t keep showing it.
